Hello,

I would like to ask how to create a flow which add prefix in filename if we creating same file in Sharepoint. For example user sends attachment to another user within a same file attachment, which is being saved to sharepoint list. Usually same file is going be replaced but need not to replace but add prefix. For example, file a.xsl is stored in sharepoint, user send another email with attachment and after second sending appears a2022-05-25.xslx. and so on. Like timestamp etc. Is it possible to make?
