Sub grid layout changing in reduced size browser window

I have an issue with a model driven form sub grid. If the browser window is over a certain size the sub grid looks like this:
 
However if the browser window is under a certain size the sub grid changes to this:
 
 
Is there any way to stop this from happening? Or changing the letters in the spot to the Freelancers name instead of the role?

    Worked out my issue, it was because I had Reflow behaviour set to Reflow under the Power Apps grid control component.
