Migration from SYSTEM user to application user without warning

According to this article when Microsoft migrates from System to Application user it will inform us.

But on Sunday August 20th, they updated it across all our environments without any email. Is it normal?

Hi @saijumathew1,

did you admin maybe receive an email?
As far as I can remember we didn't get one either.

It seem as you must be lucky to get one.

Hi @Lucas001

No, the admin didn't receieve an email.

We were able to revert it back to System User and revert it to Application User when we were ready.
