Follow-Up: Delayed Power Up Program Graduation Certificates

Hi Microsoft Power Up Program Team,

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the delay in receiving the graduation certificates for the Power Up Program.

Initially, we were informed that the certificates would be awarded on December 16th. However, on that date, we received a notification stating:

"We originally planned to send them out today, December 16, but we need a couple more days to finish up. You can expect to be notified by December 20."

Unfortunately, as of today, January 6th, there has been no further communication or update regarding the certificates. This marks three weeks since the initial planned date, and despite my previous inquiries via email, I have yet to receive any response or clarification on the situation.

Many of us have made significant sacrifices to complete the program with commitment, and some of us have plans that are contingent on receiving the certificates and the associated voucher for the licensing exam. At the very least, we would appreciate the courtesy of an update to clarify the current status and expected timeline.

Please let us know what is causing the delay and provide a concrete timeline for when we can expect to receive our certificates. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
