Unable to connect to Dataverse to get a data

Hi 
 
I recently started learning PowerBI through learnwithpowerup.onmicrosoft.com and to complete on my excersice I am unable to connect to Dataverse as I am getting error as "We coudn't authenticate with the credentials provided, please try again". any help on this please.

    Please send a mail to PowerUp-Support@Microsoft.com and explain the issue in detail. Someone from support team will definitely fix it for you.

    Quick Steps to Fix Dataverse Authentication in Power BI (Power Up)

    1. Sign out completely
       
      • Close all browser tabs.

      • Sign out from all Microsoft accounts in your browser.

    2. Clear cache and cookies

      • This ensures no old session tokens interfere with authentication.
    3. Open a private/incognito window
       
      • Recommended browsers: Edge or Chrome.
    4. Sign in with the account registered for Power Up.

    5. Open Power BI and connect to Dataverse.

      • Use the same account for authentication.

      • If prompted, allow all permissions for the connection.

    6. Verify environment access

      • Ensure your account has permissions in the Power Up Dataverse environment.

      • If not, request access from your Power Up support contact. 
     

    Following these steps usually resolves the authentication error and allows you to continue your exercises.
