Connecting to D365 finance and operations

We want to trigger a flow when a sales order is created in D365 FO. Here are my questions:

1. Is this functionality supported?  MS calls everything D365, it is hard to tell they are referring to CRM or FO or both

2. In case of ERP systems, there are always multiple environments, but FLOW does not let you specify which environment, it only points to the production D365 environment. So MS is expecting people developing flow against production environment?

    Hello, @twongaustin!

It appears that the objective you would like to achieve would be solved much easier with the addition of a new feature to Microsoft Flow or its connectors! Vote this idea thread up to potentially have this specific feature added to Flow:

If this idea receives enough votes and attention then it will be reviewed and considered by the Flow Developer Team!

    Hi @twongaustin,

Could you please share more details about the FO that you mentioned?

Please share more details so we would try to provide a proper workaround for you.

    Best regards,
