Dataflow won't import into multiselect filed

Hi, I am trying to use a dataflow to bring data into the Dataverse. Everything works except when I have multiple selections for a selection drop down. I have followed the official Microsoft documentation and the filed does allow multiselect, but I am still presented with an error. Help!
