I want to use Power Apps Portal as a simple case management system for external users.

However, I also need a way for the external user to add comments to the case and also the case worker should be able to reply to the comments (something similar to how Jira works).

Is it possible to add functionality for comments with Power Apps?

Hi @Kran ,

There is an activity entity for communication through Portal - it is called Portal Comment. It is an activity entity that you can show on the timeline on your record. You can find more about it in these posts by Megan Walker (this and this ). This entity is available when you install Customer Service Portal, but I am not sure if you can get it with Starter or any other portal.
