Is there a way to use the Barcode Reader Control that Power Apps has on a page in Power Pages? If not, is there a way to be able to read barcodes like the Barcode Reader Control in Power Apps does?

    Hi @GoodPanos ,

the easiest way to achieve what you are looking for would be to add a canvas app to your page with the <iframe> tag.

You can find a tutorial for that here: Link

If you don't want to go that way. You can also get frameworks or third party apps to use them inside powerpages.

I wanted to use a Power App but the access is going to be anonymous. So, that's out.

Any frameworks in particular. Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

    Hi @GoodPanos ,

have a look here and the youtube tutorial here .

This is a free and open library and easier to use.

Thank you for the suggestion 🙏 I finally implemented this and it worked. I end up adding custom HTML, CSS and JavaScript to the Page and the Form and was able to use the scanner.

But first, I implemented this project from scratch using full code, Azure Functions and Logic Apps and it worked just as well. The upside to this was that it rekindled my html, CSS, JavaScript and cloud computing skills 😊
