hi hi

I've been working on an app for a few weeks and I'm close to sharing it with the rest of my team. I've got a Managed Environment set up with a Solution containing the app and its relevant Flows. One of the flows is intended to send an email on behalf of the user of the app.

I've got my team set up in the Environment with the Basic User security role, and I've granted them access to the app. Right now, it also seems like I need to add them as Run-Only users to the flows.

Is it possible to share the app with my team without having to grant them Run Only access to each individual flow? I currently have 6 flows as a part of this app and more on the horizon, so maintaining permissions for all the flows and the app itself sounds tedious.

Thanks for the help

Flows in a solution don't have to be configured as run only for each user, access should be granted through the solution. Are you using a service account to send email on behalf of the users?

The answer is it depends. When you want the emails to come from them then yes. Because you created the connection and you don't have permission to send on behalf of them.. Or maybe you do but either way you shouldn't.

If the connection requires each person to have a license, then you must run it in a way that leverages their license.

Hey.. no one said this wasn't fun ;-) administration
