Notification - SharePoint Folders

Is there a way to get notified any time a folder is created on a specific site, regardless of the doc library or sub site it is in? I want to build out a notification flow using power automate that will notify me anytime a folder is created but I want to use the site level instead of creating the same flow for each document library (if possible).

I have started the flow but I can only figure out how to do it at the doc library level and not the site level.

Thank you! I didn't think I could at the site level either but wasn't sure if anyone knew of a way to do that.

@Courtb86  - I don't think you can create a Flow at the Site level... It will work on List or a Library.

Out of the box there NO Trigger "When a Folder is Created" for library - Please vote for the idea and also read the thread for some idea's  - https://ideas.powerautomate.com/d365community/idea/83ad6fca-6578-42fd-bdaf-5b7c330f4e13

    There is a workaround - https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/General-Power-Automate/Do-we-have-a-trigger-quot-When-a-folder-is-created-quot-in/td-p/512122
