Dynamic chat based on SharePoint records

Hi All,

I am working on an application for internal use within my organization. I have a form created for modifications of standard products which notifies my Specials Engineer and creates a SharePoint record within a list.

What I would like to do is have a dynamic chat thread with her based on the SharePoint record being accessed. Similar to the comments section within Lists. The messaging would only need to go to one user currently.

I have searched around and found steps on creating messaging applications within PowerApps but nothing that changes threads based on the record itself.
