Power Pages Access for new users

Hello,

I am encountering an issue while attempting to log in to the portal for a newly created contact.

The contact is generated through an external API, and we are utilizing external authentication instead of the local option.

Upon sending the login details to the respective user, access to the portal is not granted. Only after resetting the password locally, the user gains access.

Is this a known issue, and is there any workaround available?

    The issue was sorted out by running a on demand workflow.
