Seeking Assistance on Power Portal Migration and Dependency Errors

Hello Power Platform Community,

I hope this message finds you well. I am currently facing challenges with the migration of a Power Portal from one environment to another. The issue revolves around dependency errors related to portal management and portal components.

Here's a brief overview of the situation:

When attempting to import the solution into the new environment, I encounter dependency errors specifically related to portal management and portal components.
Notably, the new environment does not seem to have the portal management feature, leading to these dependency issues.

I am reaching out to seek guidance and assistance from the community. Has anyone encountered a similar scenario or can provide insights on how to address these dependency errors in the absence of portal management in the target environment?

Any suggestions, best practices, or step-by-step guidance on successfully migrating Power Portals between environments would be highly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your time and expertise.
