Getting this strange error message (see attachment) and I can't seem to find anything about it anywhere. I am trying to use a form that I built with Entity Permissions and even when I remove the permissions, I get a different error.

Hopefully someone can assist with this.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

From this article, we can know that the ClassID refers to control class ID.

Please go to check if there is any custom control on the Entity Form?

I also suggest you create a new simple Entity Form without any custom controls to try again and see if the YSOD errors fixed.

I found that there are some custom controls that were created on the form. These are yes no toggles. What is the next step that I need to take to resolve the error message?

    Hi @Anonymous

Could you please try this to check if the error is fixed?

    1. create a new Form without any custom control

    2. deactivate the previous Entity Form, and apply the new Form to Portal

I came across this error today and found it to be caused by a Two Option field that was added to the form which had a custom control, "Toggle Swtich". After removing the custom control from the Two Option field my forms are now working.
