WebForm's Fields are not saving

I have a webform with 3 steps for Account entity.

 

Step one with Summary tab, step 2 custom tab and step 3 with Details tab. 

 

No fields are saving like Account name, phone etc. 

 

But record is inserting without fields values which is quite strange to me. 

 

Not sure  I have missed anything for settings.

 

Any help?

    would you have by any chance custom plugins/workflows on the Account entity? can you disable them for testing?

    Hi Oliver,

    Thank you for your quick response.

     

    I have workflow added for Account entity that I disabled for testing but still no fields are saving but the record is creating without any fields saving. 

     

    Could you please let me know what could be the reason of not saving any data.

    Can you try also via Model-Driven App? just to make sure you can save the record with no issues?

     

    is there any custom JS in your portals? if yes, can you remove temporarily?

    Hi Oliver,

    Thank you for your quick response.

     

    I have removed all my custom js and even tried to create account/contact from CDS app which works but not from portal webform is saving fields values. 

     

    Not sure what could be the reason for happening this strange behavior.

    it sounds very strange.. I am assuming you cleared the cache after making any of those changes right?

     

    if yes my only guess here is that you might have to open a support ticket with Microsoft so they investigate if there is something wrong with your portals

    Hi @Anonymous,

    Do you have auditing enabled? If so, anything odd in the audit history, such as the fields being filled then emptied? If created as blank, then I would also see if you're able to reproduce with an entity form (just for triage) or a new web form, while waiting for help from the ticket.
