I have a multistep form in Power Pages which has a lookup that is connected to the User table and is supposed to show a small list of individuals that have been assigned to a group A in the user table (the assignment is done via a yes/no trigger). Currently 5 people have been assigned to this group and should appear when searching through the lookup field but only 1 individual appears.
Here are all of the things I've done so far:
- I confirmed that the model driven app that uses the same lookup has access to the individuals and it does
- Gave full permissions to the lookup in the portal.
- Changed the view filter
- Checked the default solution and confirmed it has the same data as in my custom solution
- Published the User table in my custom solution
- Checked the user security settings in the Admin Center
- Changed the individuals who were assigned into Group A (this causes no one to show up)
Any advice that anyone has would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.
