Hi team,
When I submit the form, start an approval process and send the email for approval, there is an error due to anonymous email.
When I trace to the response details of the form. I find that the responder email also anonymous
I have already insert the response id into the flow when fill the "Get response details"
Please advice how to fix the problem.

This is happening because of your Forms settings. As you are allowing anyone with the link to submit the form, any users from outside your organization will be considered as "anonymous".
You can change this setting by going to your form and clicking in ellipsis(...) (highlighted in yellow) and then in Settings (highlighted in green):
And than changing the Who can fill out this form setting to something different from Anyone can respond:
Alternatively, you can include a form question asking for the user's email.
