How setting powerapps portal form. 1 of attribute type are option, but how to setting the option list come from cds table?

You can make changes to the CDS table/columns by going to make.powerapps.com --> Solutions
If you haven't created your own Solution now it's a good time, if you already have one just open your Solution
Make sure your OptionSet is included by clicking on Add Existing and select your component from the wizard
once you find and open your Choice/Option Set field, click on "Edit choice" and change/add values there
