Hi community,
I would be glad if you could help me out on this challenge. I have a flow that uses the Send an email (V2) Outlook action. I don't want the email to be sent from my account thus the account I used to create the flow but rather, I want the email to be sent to recipients mail with my regular email account. I tried to use the "From(Send as)" field but it gives me error "You are not authorized to send mail on behalf of the specified sending account."
I want to use an email account that is not registered on Microsoft 365.
Please any solution to this challenge?
Is your "regular" account within your tenant? If so, open Outlook with your regular account and choose File > Account Settings > Delegate Access. It will open this menu:
You can then give access to your workflow account to send e-mail on your behalf. However, when the flow sends e-mails with this method, they will say something like sent on behalf of.
No Please, how do I do that?
