Is it possible to have a PDF Viewer in power pages. Either through an iframe or custom component. I want the ability to view pdfs on my power page.

Power Pages PDF Viewer

Yes, it is possible. I've done this in the past several different ways. It depends on your needs.

Different Options:

Iframe to a link to the pdf in sharepoint

Iframe embed a powerapp canvas app that loads and displays PDFs

Something like Adobe's PDF-Embed
https://developer.adobe.com/document-services/apis/pdf-embed/
