Issues with Web Links languages and translation on header

Hello everyone,

I have created a Power Page site and everything seems to be going well except one part - my Header web links are not being translated even though I have:

- Created the correct Web Links in 3 languages

- Enabled Multi Language

The only thing being translated is the login/logoff button in the header, so it's clearly not an installation of languages issue.

Am I missing a Content Snippet or something else?

Also small detail but why are my languages being displayed as: French-France and German - Germany?

Thanks a lot for your help.

Hello, since I got confirmation from MS that this is supposed to be fixed, you will probably have to open a support ticket with them so they can see what might be missing

    Hi everyone,

Has anyone else been having this problem recently?

Re: Issues with Web Links languages and translation on header

So I upgraded everything but it hasn't changed one bit.

    Portails 9.6.2.6

I'm really left wondering why only one part of it is working and everything I've searched online only links to the Microsoft documentation about Web Links.

But the really weird thing is that in a new, empty Power Page site where I have just two pages and a web link - it only shows the value of the last Web Link I created.

So if I have German, French and English and the last I created is German, this is what it will always show.

Still, thanks a lot for the tips.

Re: Issues with Web Links languages and translation on header

I got a confirmation that this is working on the latest 9.6.2.x or 9.6.3.x portal.

Please select the packages there and upgrade to see if that changes.

Also, open your Portal and navigate to the page: /_services/about, this should show you the Site version.

If needed you can also enable it for Early Upgrade via Admin Center, but this usually takes a few hours to apply

You're correct, I'm using the Enhanced version.

Here are the currently installed packages for Portal and the last versions:

If it's any help - I've created a Trial in a totally other environment/tenant and it hasn't worked either.

I have reported this issue a few weeks ago to Microsoft

I will check with them if there are any updates

@CatfishLumi  can you confirm your Portal version? I am assuming you are using the Enhanced Data Model
