Hello everyone,
Had to come over here for some hint or advice, I am actually from D365 Finance and doing data synchronization between D365Finance and Dataverse, something called Dual-Write, and currently having error while synchronizing Worker like this :
Reason: Bad Request, Header x-ms-client-request-id 302a516b-3fe4-4185-a484-5566ee2f63d9, Error code: 0x80042f0a, Message: Principal team (Id=0b168dea-ad93-ec11-b400-000d3aa385a9, type=9, teamType=0, privilegeCount=0), is missing prvReadcdm_worker privilege (Id=7bf1b19b-d5fb-4a97-b243-f061eb6c1afb) on OTC=10716 for entity 'cdm_worker' (LocalizedName='Worker') in Business Unit: operations-xs-test (Id=0a168dea-ad93-ec11-b400-000d3aa385a9). context.Caller=0a0ecfb5-ba9b-ec11-b400-000d3aa3511b
By the look at the error, I think it is the error on Dataverse side, but I have no idea what. Anyone can give me a hint ?
Thanks,
Did you ever get this resolved? I'm having the same error and it is referring to a sysadmin.

Open this and Click MANGEROLES at the TOP --> Select the SYSTEM ADMIN ROLE and try again.

Hi @rampprakash ,
I was about to add something to ask, I'm also wondering what is the message mean by Team ? -> Principal team (Id=0b168dea-ad93-ec11-b400-000d3aa385a9, type=9, teamType=0
I wonder whether has got to do with this as well ?
Thanks,
Hello @Axal
That was strange, because System Administrator will have full access to the system.

Hi @rampprakash
This is actually quite weird (or I didn't quite understand how it work), but the integration between this 2 platform (D365 Finance and Dataverse) is through a setup which in the end it using Admin user id or a user id that act as an admin. Don't know if this help or not, but in Dataverse side, it is put as Application user.
Through Power Platform admin center, if I check again the user created for this "integration" is with security role of "System administrator". May I know by having this security role of "System administrator", do I still need to execute those steps you are suggesting ?
But anyway I do check with that security role, seems all the entity already in the correct access.
Thanks,
