I am trying to create a flow that utilizes the Create Item action for a Dynamics 365 Financials Connector. It ask for an ETag and it is a required piece of information. What is the Etag and where can I find any documentation about it. I have searched all over the Flow documentation and community for info and can't find anything.

Presumably this is something to do with it 2.2.5.4 ETag?

Hi @Ca78,

Response from the Dynamics 365 for Financials team:

"

The ability to write back into Financials using Flow\Connector does not work yet. This is something that should be enabled in a future update, but I do not have a timeline.

You can only read from the Financial Web Services using Flow at this time.

"

Hi @Ca78,

The Dynamics 365 Financials connector is documented in the link below:

Dynamics 365 for Financials (Preview)

But there is no ETag mentioned.

Could you please share more information about which entity that you would like to create an item with?

It would be more helpful if you could share a screenshot of the Dynamics 365 Financials create item action.
