Automating Attachments Submitted via Power Pages Portal

Hi I am creating an Unattended BOT that will take attachments from the Power Pages portal and attach them to a record in another system using RPA.

In the dataverse, each submittal is being created in a table called Content Upload which contains a unique upload ID, participant ID, document type. Another table Note contains the actual loaded file.

I cannot see a unique value from the Content Upload table to "look up" the attachment and down load it... I have looked at all columns... is there another table that has the upload ID and note ID pairs? Or what is the missing link, I can't seem to find...

For standard Notes file attachments the link is via the Regarding (objectid) lookup field on the Notes record.

Hi @derb ,

The uploaded file from Power Pages create a note record in dataverse, the file itself does not have a Guid type id, but the note has the Guid, which you can retrieve using the Regarding field fron the Note table.
