Authentication/Registration/Enabled and Authentication/Registration/OpenRegistrationEnabled

Hi-

I noticed that the these two settings need to be enabled if any user wants to sign in with Azure AD account. I thought the below #3 would be only enough but tried several scenarios but the 3 of them have to be there for someone to login through Azure.

Any advise of the difference?

1) Authentication/Registration/Enabled

2) Authentication/Registration/OpenRegistrationEnabled

3) Authentication/Registration/AzureADLoginEnabled

According to official docs (see here and here)
Authentication/Registration/Enabled - Enables or disables all forms of user registration. Registration must be enabled for the other settings in this section to take effect. Default: true
Authentication/Registration/OpenRegistrationEnabled - Enables or disables the sign-up registration form for creating new local users. The sign-up form allows any anonymous visitor to the portal to create a new user account. Default: true
Authentication/Registration/AzureADLoginEnabled - Enables or disables Azure AD as an external identity provider. By default, it is set to true.
