Step 1: Check the Printer Connection

Verify Physical Connections
Before diving into more complex troubleshooting, 1️⃣-8️⃣0️⃣8️⃣-6️⃣2️⃣6️⃣-5️⃣2️⃣0️⃣3️⃣ ensure that all physical connections are secure.1️⃣-8️⃣0️⃣8️⃣-6️⃣2️⃣6️⃣-5️⃣2️⃣0️⃣3️⃣

  • Power Cable: Ensure the power cable is firmly connected to both the printer and the electrical outlet. If the connection is loose or the printer is not powering on, reconnect the cable or try a different outlet.1️⃣-8️⃣0️⃣8️⃣-6️⃣2️⃣6️⃣-5️⃣2️⃣0️⃣3️⃣
  • USB Cable: If you're using a wired connection, check that the USB cable is securely connected to both the printer and the computer. A loose or damaged cable can cause communication issues.1️⃣-8️⃣0️⃣8️⃣-6️⃣2️⃣6️⃣-5️⃣2️⃣0️⃣3️⃣
  • Network Connection: For networked printers, make sure the printer is connected to 1️⃣-8️⃣0️⃣8️⃣-6️⃣2️⃣6️⃣-5️⃣2️⃣0️⃣3️⃣ the correct Wi-Fi network. Check the Wi-Fi settings on the printer’s display or control panel.1️⃣-8️⃣0️⃣8️⃣-6️⃣2️⃣6️⃣-5️⃣2️⃣0️⃣3️⃣
