Gallery filtered by combi field from form

Hello,

I have two Shp lists and I want to see the picture and data of the car in the screen/gallery when I choose the car in the combi field in the form (form is connected on one list, gallery on the other one). How does the lookeup or filter function should look to achieve it? I try but I do not know how to get the name of the car from the combi list (DataCardValue7) :/
