How to create a Power BI workspace using Power Automate?

I want to utilize Power Automate to perform below tasks

1) Create a Power BI workspace
2) Published several Power Bi files to the Power BI workspace created in task 1

3) extract links of those Power Bi files in task 2, and replace the Power BI links in SharePoint
