Conversion of this file to PDF is not supported. (InputFormatNotSupported / pdf)

Dear community,

 

I have a simple automated flow that converts DOCX files to PDF whenever they are saved to a specific SharePoint site.

It worked quite well in the past but now, from 80 Word documents, only 40 get converted.

 

This is the error I'm getting for those failed runs:

There are no special characters in the file names, so I'm not sure what else can be checked as I'm quite new to the platform.

 

Can someone please share some ideas?

    I just found out that duplicating the DOCX file (which triggers the automated flow) works.

     

    It's still a mystery why it does not convert some of the documents at the first run, but...
