Hi,
I have a need to store table information from powerapps in an excel file as a backup locally whilst exporting (very remote location). I have found this link
Which tells me i can, however i don't have the background to understand if by following the instructions in the link and creating a "PowerApps Component Framework Control" is a good idea?
Could someone more knowledgeable than me tell me is this a safe way? or is there a better way to achieve my current goal?
Thankyou,
Hi @SomeoneAwesome ,
Without PCF, I think using flow is the only way to achieve your needs. In addition, I have also tested the PCF you provided, and it does work. But PCF is created by the author himself, and I recommend that you consult its author about whether it is safe or not.
I've made a test for your reference:
1\Download the solution
2\Import the solution
3\get compontents
For the remaining steps, please refer to this link:
Export as Excel from PowerApps (without Automate) | by Pixel Perfect - PowerApps | Medium
