reorder the gallery item records using dragging up and down

Hi Everyone,

 

I have requirement to change the order of records by moving them up or down and saving the order of the records. 

ex: like moving the last record to top or to any position in the available list of records (Attached the image)

 

Also please let me know any 3rd party controls to achieve this functionality.
