ReportIt would be a really nice feature if the mobile app had the ability to customize notifications. I am a broadcast engineer so it's critical for me to receive after hours notifications from mission critical equipment. For years I used TouchDown from Nitrodesk/Symantec because it allowed me to create rules that triggered custom notifications even when the phone was set to night/silent mode.
What I would like to see to make the mobile app more useful is the ability to create notification rules that override the Android notification settings, i.e. custom vibrate patterns, custom sounds, 'nag until cancelled/acknowledged', etc.
I am still using Touchdown because it continues to support these features even on current Android versions (currently on v11 on my device)
