Hi all,
I'm trying to add editable grid to my page following this tutorial from Josh (https://joshlgiles.com/p/create-out-of-the-box-editable-grids-in-powerpages/).
Me and my colleague tested this and mine didn't work but his does. With further digging we found my portal version is 9.5.4.xx and his is 9.5.5 (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-au/power-platform/released-versions/portals/pagesversion955x).
I'm not sure how we both created a new power pages site at the same time but have different versions. I tried creating another site but it's still version 9.5.4.
Appreciate if anyone can advise how I can upgrade my site to 9.5.5 (or create a new site with this latest version).
Many thanks.
Shirley
Thanks.
I upgraded the site to enhanced data model when I turned on the early upgrade switch. Thankfully yesterday my site is upgraded to a newer version 9.5.6 now, and the issue with editable grid control component is gone.
Thanks all for your help.
Hi @lvuo6724
The simple way is you can upgrade the power pages data model to an enhanced model which will include all relevant updates.
Hope it helps.

Hi Lucas,
I have checked the option to enable early upgrade on my site 3 days ago after finding out about the latest release. So far it doesn't seem to do anything yet. It seems like they will take a snapshot of sites ticked for this option and apply the upgrade everymonth.
Will wait till next week to find out if this works. Thanks for sharing the info.

Hi @lvuo6724 ,
could you check out that video and see if it solves the issue with the slightly older portal version?
