I have an issue tht I cannot figure out what is going on? I set up some custom pages and related Power Page configurations to replicate the same functionality that the out of box does for Cases exposed to the portal. I have an issue where only SOME of the records will allow me to drill into the record for an View/EDIT (View Details.)
Basically when I find a record and click "View Details" it works for some of the records and not others?
If I take the first record I can click into the record details as expected, here is the URL which looks just fine
However if I try to do this for many other records as in this example I get an error? It cannot find the case?
However the record does exist in Dynamics and the GUID is correct?

Ok, I see. If I am not the "Customer" then I cannot edit the record. I enabled entity permissions which now restricts me from seeing others records from the Portal.
