Portal timeline only shows notes created on portal

Hi.
We have a powerapps application, where user fills in a form and adds a few photos as note attachments.
We are trying to display this data in powerapps portal. Our problems is that only notes created in portal show up in the form timeline.

Portal view:

Any ideas what might cause this?

By default, there is a filter showing only notes with the *WEB* title, you can change the Site Setting called KnowledgeManagement/NotesFilter

Please see this article for more info: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/portals/customer-engagement-apps/display-file-attachments-knowledge-article

    Hi.

Awesome. Do you happen to know how I apply the changes to the live site? Deactivations or changing it does not seem to apply to live site.

I think deactivating might not make any difference as it would get the default value.

Have you tried leaving it blank?

Also, have you clear the cache? You can do this via Portals Studio --> Sync Configuration or via url /_services/about (must be logged in with an Admin user)

    Hi @aluzaja178 ,

Try setting the site setting value to blank

    In Portal management:

    1. Under website > Site Settings > look for " KnowledgeManagement/NotesFilter". Set value to empty.

    2. Save and Close

    In Portal studio :

    1. Sync Configuration > Browse the website > ctrl + F5 (hard refresh).

    Hope it helps.

Hello Ragav, Thank you for your help. I have performed every step that is mentioned above. Still no change. I can only see the notes that are created on portal.

    Hi @aluzaja178

This is weird. just to get better clarity. From your powerapps, you are attaching files and images to the Notes entity and you want to display the files from powerapps in the powerapps portal?

Yes. that is correct. Shall I consider restarting/resetting the portal in order to see the updated site settings?

    Hi @aluzaja178

Can you try clearing the cache? Adding reference below
