Hi All,

I am trying to grant users security roles within the advanced settings / Security section to grant them access to dynamics / entities however some users are not showing up

I have also tried changing the views however this doesnt make the users show

These users are licenced office365 users.

Can anyone shed some light on why some users show up and some don't

Any ideas welcome.

Thanks

C

    Hi @ChrisLong

Please follow the official docs below. Adding it for your reference.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/add-users-to-environment

In addition, the following criteria are the rule of thumb

You can definitely see them if the above criteria is matching.

    Hope it helps.
