I want to create a csv table with all the planner tasks and send an email with the table, but the problem that I have is that I only see the last tasks of each bucket in the file.

You should create the Flow based on the template--Create a daily summary of Planner Tasks by Bucket. From the screenshots you uploaded, it seems that you have configured the Create CSV table action and Create file action in the wrong place.
Please try to configure Flow according to the following configuration, and make some changes based on the existing configuration.
