Saving Note Attachments from Power Pages Form in SharePoint as a Single Request

Hello Power Pages community! I have successfully created a basic form using Power Pages and Dataverse. Currently, I'm looking for a way to save the Note attachment entered in the form, along with all the other form inputs, as a single request in a SharePoint list.

Has anyone encountered a similar requirement and found a solution? How can I extract the Note attachment from Dataverse and save it in SharePoint as part of a single request, consolidating all the form inputs?

I would greatly appreciate any guidance, best practices, or step-by-step instructions on how to accomplish this. If you have any samples, configurations, or recommendations for implementing this solution, please share them.

Thank you so much for your valuable insights and assistance!

    Hi @aesthetic123 ,

Its pretty unusual to save portal uploaded files into Note, then move all the files from Note to SharePoint. Power Pages and D365 naturaly integrated with SharePoint. You can really just configure Sharepoint Integration (just follow this step and click through) which will allow portal user to directly uplaod documents from your portal to your SharePoint, then you can also see the uploaded document in D365, which also saves your Dataverse capacity, as all the documents are saved in SharePoint, which is a lot cheaper then Dataverse storage.

Here is a step-by-step video hope that helps: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R9IUcbzL-WU

    Hi Dom,

Thanks for your response. I was hoping to move the documents that were saved in DV with the attachment that was saved in Note Table to SharePoint list to continue using the PowerApps app that was previously created for the service. But the challenge is in the Note and finding the PK and FK in both tables. and actually finding the link to use a flow to add them as one in the list. or in a single request.
