About a week ago my canvas apps started to prompt users for permissions to use the Office 365 Outlook connector every time they launch the app. The connector is not directly used with the app itself, it is prompted because a connected Power Automate flow uses it. If I remove the flows from the app, no prompt. If I add them back in, the prompt returns. Again, this wasn't an issue a week or so ago - it just started.
Has anyone else run into this? Could a changed tenant setting be causing this? I'm pretty stuck, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

You can try via powershell to remove the consent. Please take a look on this command
Set-AdminPowerAppApisToBypassConsent
