We have a model driven app with multiple users. Most of the users share the same security profile. All of the users in a security profile can see the navigation bar on the left side of the MDA, except for one user.
The only difference is that the one user who cannot access the navigation bar is new and is using a Surface Pro 9. Could either of those factors affect whether the navigation bar is visible or not?
(I have tried different browsers too.)
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
It turns out it was a simple solution, I forgot to assign a license to the user.
Can you please show the screenshot of the impacted user (after removing the sensitive data)?
Can you check if the issue is similar to the one in this thread?

As a first troubleshooting step, I'd suggest clearing cache/cookies and retry by visiting the main URL (e.g. https://xyz.crm11.dynamics.com) only and then navigating to the desired app (e.g. customer service hub app) from the list of apps that the user has access to.
@gulshankhurana , it is just the navigation to the left. They have access to the app and can view and work in the app, but they cannot access the navigation.
Is it just the navigation bar on the left that is not accessible?
Please check if the role assigned to the user (or the team they're member of) has been given access to the app.
You could also try assigning the App Opener security role to the user and see if that works.
