Web page with no content page

I have a web page with no content page/localised content. There does exist a content page for it, but I am unable to assign it to a website or parent page as those are locked fields. I've tried to fill everything else out instead and add it as localised content, however my page is still coming up blank. How do I get the two connected again?

Based on your description, it seems that you have skipped a step ( Enable languages for your website in the Portals Management app)

and tried to add localized content without enabling the languages for your website. This could cause the issue you are facing, as the website does not recognize the language of your content page.

To fix this, you need to go to the Portals Management app, select your website, and add the languages you want to support in the Supported Languages section. Then, you can assign your content page to the website and the parent page, and it should show up on your website.

    Hi

My website already has English added as a supported language, and I've added the language to the content page already, but the website field and parent page field are still locked and empty. I'm not sure how the content page was even made as aren't those fields mandatory upon creating a new page? Could there be a different reason as to why my page shows blank?

    Hi @Anonymous,

can you post a screenshot of your pages HTML by using the developer tools and the locked fields in your portal management app?
