Hi all,
I am using a Power Automate flow to fetch attachments from different lists in SharePoint. Users will be entering their details and will be attaching the documents in Power Apps. Then once they hit submit button a mail will be triggered to Admin team with attachments.
The issue is once I hit submit button the mail is triggering with attachments, but when another user submits the request the previous user's attachments also triggering for this employee.
Whenever a new entry is submitted the previous entry's attachments also triggering that new record.
Can anyone help me out how to avoid this issue?
