Is it possible to trigger an email when the status of an order is set to invoiced in Salesforce. For example we want to send an email with a link to the "order owner" to complete a customer satisfaction survey after a field service visit. Can the email take the owners first name so it reads "Dear John" rather than be a generic "Hello"
