price: should i pay the whole year to keep the user account, if some authenticated users only activate 2 months(login during 2 months), in case they will log in later?

Hello, lovely community member,

i want to try pages.

some users will registe the accounts and give some cases & questions, and wait us to reply....

and the user will not have questions all the time, i think will be answered in 1 or 2 months. but in case they want to ask again, we should keep the account alive.

question is, if the user not log in for some time, but we want to keep the account data, should we keep pay for the account?

or if we did not pay for the sleeping account, they will automatically be deleted? so when the user next time want to log in, must regist again?

The answer is user accounts will not be deleted even if they are inactive for a while whenever user logs in power pages will create a contact.

For your scenario, it is best to adopt a Pay as you Go subscription. But if you have a large user base, stick with what you are paying currently.
