Hi,

I've create a flow where

when the applicant fills out the MS form, the information will go into the list in sharepoint. How do I want to send a notification to the applicant when I enter data in a column on an item from the list?

How can I set as trigger when I enter data/values in a column on an item from the list ?

Hi @Amira90,

Whenever you enter data to an existing item this is considered as an update of an item. So, you could use a when an item is updated trigger action for this setup.

Make sure you store the responders' email from the MS form in your list as well when you create the list item. This way you can use that in your notification whenever an item is updated.
