PowerPages Cases Global Search Not Working

Hello experts,

I am trying to search the cases, contracts and contacts from global search of PowerApp Portal.

I am able successfully configure it for Contracts(entitlement) and Contacts(contact) and it works as expected.

However for Cases(incident) the search result is not showing the records even though they are present in the cases. I get below message:

I have configured site settings search/filters as Contracts:entitlement,Contacts:contact,Cases:incident and site marker(incident_SearchResultPage)

Can anyone help me what might be missing?

Thanks

    Hi @saveri

Thanks for the response. We have followed the same steps as provided in the link sent by you. But no luck 😞

Even i am facing the same problem. The search for 'Case' is not working. The facets shows the correct count but no results are displayed. Looks like indexing is happening but the rendering of results are failing. May be its a product issue i guess. May be Microsoft might be making changes due to discontinuation of Lucene and transition to dataverse.

I got similar problem and tried several hours to fix it.

Do you set up the "Portal Search" view for your table?

If you have already set up the "Portal Search" view, then

please make sure all the view columns/filter columns in your "Portal Search" view are available in its related "Quick Find View"'s Find Columns.

Is it mandatory to match all the columns in "Portal Search" view to the Find By section in "Quick Find cases"
