sharepoint intranet forms in powerapps mobile apps

Hi All,

Two or so months ago our sharepoint integrated intranet forms have been appearing in our mobile powerapps app under the recent and recommended apps section. The apps only appear if you access the sharepoint canvas created app on the intranet. However as they are sharepoint integrated apps they dont work properly with the powerapps moblile app and are causing some issues. Before this we had sharepoint integrated forms created in canvas for our intranet and then we also had standalone apps for our staff that only have access to their phone and not a computer while on the field. Has anyone witnessed this behaviour before or knows how to stop the sharepoint integrated intranet forms from appearing in powerapps? any ideas or help would be much appreciated.

    Hi @dbrown2

Could you please share a screenshot about your app list?

It is so weird, I think it is worthy of opening a ticket to contact our support team:

    Hi @v-qiaqi-msft ,

That was exactly my understanding. It is quite bizarre behavior as the apps don't appear as standalone apps under the 'all Apps' tab in the mobile app nor are they able to be accessed as a standalone app in make.powerapps.com (where the real standalone apps are), to be able to edit them we need to access them by going through the Sharepoint list and customize form which is normal behaviour.

On the mobile app they only appear as a recently accessed app or recommended app, they also are not searchable (which is normal). I've never seen this before and is organisation wide - which is making me think it maybe a setting that has been clicked somewhere in the environment etc

    Hi @dbrown2,

Okay, so you mean to this integrated form app disappear from the app list on mobile, right?

If so, I am afraid that it is not supported in Power Apps to hide any app from app list on mobile.

What's more, a normal SharePointIntegration form app won't appear in app list, unless you create it as a standalone app.

Re: sharepoint intranet forms in powerapps mobile apps

    Hi @v-qiaqi-msft,

Thank you. We don't want to delete the customized form (designed in canvas) for share point we just don't want it appearing inside the mobile Powerapp's app under the recent apps and recommended apps section. whenever some one use a form on Sharepoint it appears as a recently used app in powerapps. This also happens with newly created customized forms on Sharepoint so it must be a global setting somewhere that has been checked. The only apps we had in the powerapps mobile app previously was standalone apps and the sharepoint apps never come across into powerapps mobile apps. I hope this make sense.

    Hi @dbrown2,

Do you want to delete the integrated sharepoint form from Power Apps?

On the List Settings page, Click on the Form settings under the General Settings section. Just click on “Delete custom form” to delete the SharePoint Customize form.

More details about it, please check as below:
