Restrict access to secondary pages of the portal

hello, is it possible to configure a secondary page on the portal to be viewed and used only by people already authenticated? If possible, how is this configuration and authentication done?

Yes, it is. Please explore webpage access control rules in Portal management app. One of the items in the April release notes is to simplify it through studio itself. You can take help of this document here to configure webpage access:
