Can I use Excel Office Scripts to capture and move the data in the image (range A5:K10) to another Excel workbook or SharePoint list.

The below document is loaded to OneDrive several times per week. The only thing that changes is the date in the document title.

Is there a way to write a flow that would delete the first four rows, then make a table out of the next 25 rows, and then move the data in that table to a SharePoint list?

The thing is you should have a table formated excel for using PowerAutomate for reading the data BUT I could use OfficeScripts to read the data. This U can trigger also from PowerAutomate.

But how to create this exact typescript you should ask Google/bing/ChatGPT
The rest of the flow with data handling is the easier part of that
